Meet the Team
Daniel Fry, Director
Daniel has close to 15 years in the finance sector. Working for two big four financial institutions, he commenced his finance career in the retail sector learning retail products inclusive of day to day to banking and personal lending requirements including home loans.
Following this, Daniel progressed through to a senior management role in the commercial lending sector dealing with lending transactions up to $50m.
Daniel’s experience across the host of banking products allows him to provide finance solutions to a range of clients. Daniel has many connections across Australia in the lending networks, and is extremely passionate about providing the highest level of service to his clients.
Heath Cowden, Associate Director
Heath is a seasoned commercial banker known for his dedication to tailored financial solutions. Having joined Premium Capital Solutions in 2023, Heath brings extensive experience from senior roles in Sydney and Adelaide, specialising in construction finance across diverse sectors such as childcare, healthcare, and residential development.
Collaborating closely with the PCS team, Heath ensures client projects track successfully from inception through to completion. Holding an MBA from the University of Adelaide and having completed the Business Leadership program at the European Business School, Frankfurt, he combines comprehensive business knowledge with practical expertise.
While Heath’s roots lie in Adelaide, his nationwide focus enables clients to deliver projects across Australia.
Alex Davidson, Portfolio Manager
Alex is a highly skilled banker with over five years of experience in the Corporate & Institutional, Commercial and Agribusiness sectors with a leading Australian Big 4 bank. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Adelaide. Alex joined Premium Capital Solutions in June 2023 with the ambition to bring the very best independent finance solutions to his clients.
Alex commenced his finance journey as graduate with NAB, where he developed his knowledge across the whole suite of banking products. Growing up on a South Australia farm and post the graduate training, Alex was recognised as a specialist in Agribusiness where he gained a wide range of experience in both small Agribusiness transactions to corporate Agribusiness transactions. Most recently, he held a role in the Corporate and Institutional banking Adelaide office and therefore comes to PCS with a wide broad depth of knowledge.
As a passionate South Australian, Alex enjoys working with clients to find the most suitable financial products for personal loan and business loan products.
Oliver Anleu, Senior Associate
Oliver, a dynamic finance professional, brings a unique blend of expertise in both Civil & Structural Engineering and Finance, enabling a diverse and comprehensive offering of solutions tailored to individual client needs.
After completing Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)(Civil & Structural) with Bachelor of Finance Oliver began his career in the civil engineering industry, though after finding a passion for finance he entered Westpac’s commercial banking graduate program in-which he gained exposure to agricultural, commercial and property finance transactions.
Leaving the graduate program Oliver then moved into a role within Westpac’s South Australian Commercial Bank, assisting to manage a diverse range of transactions and customer portfolios with debt exposures up to $50m.
Mid 2024, Oliver joined Premium Capital Solutions, fuelled by his aspiration to deliver unparalleled independent finance solutions. Through a steadfast commitment to client-centricity, relationship building, and growth enablement, Oliver has been and will be poised to unlock exceptional value for clients as a finance professional.
